About Us
Bullock & Lees
Bullock and Lees has been trading in Wareham longer than any other existing estate agent. It is run by Tessa McManus, who has been with the company since 1985 and owned it since 1992. Tessa is assisted by Diarmuid (Floss) Gould and Barbara Brodie-James, both of whom have lived and worked in the area for many years.
The company is a memeber of the Ombudsman scheme and has membership of the National Association of Estate Agents.
At Bullock and Lees we pride ourselves on offering a professional and efficient service whilst maintaining the personal touch.
Team »
Team is the largest network of independent estate agents in the UK with 33 member agents locally and 550 nationally, exclusively offering multi-listing of all available properties. Bullock & Lees joined the Team network in order to provide vendors with a local, national, and international marketplace for their property, while still retaining 100% control as an independent estate agent.
National Association of Estate Agents »
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) is the largest estate agency organisation in the UK, representing nearly 10,000 members. It is committed to raising professional standards across all aspects of the property market for the benefit of member agents and ultimately the home moving public. As fellows of the NAEA we follow a strict code of conduct to ensure the highest standards of professionalism are followed and maintained ensuring you receive the best service available.
The Ombudsman for Estate Agents »
The Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) Scheme provides an independent service for dealing with disputes between Estate Agents who are members of the Ombudsman Scheme, and consumers who are actual or potential buyers or sellers of residential property in the UK. The Ombudsman is independent of the Member Agencies and will provide a free, fair and relatively speedy review of complaints in order to reach a resolution of the dispute.
